Patients are advised that Email must not be used for urgent or immediate requests to your physician and/ or care provider. Under no circumstance should general Email be used to convey medical information. Patients are asked to call and make an appointment with their physician or care provider.

Patients being served by one of our AHPs, will continue their care over the phone or by virtual appointment and those who require an ‘in person’ appointment will be seen at either of our medical clinics.
The Allied Health site will continue to answer phone calls in keeping with the hours listed:

We have a limited supply of the flu vaccine available only for high-risk patients who have existing appointments with their Primary Care Provider.

Please do not book a separate appointment just for the flu shot at this time.
