COVID-19: Changes to booking procedures:

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are making changes in the way we deliver your health care. Our goal is to minimize potential exposure to as many people as possible, while freeing up resources to attend to those who require urgent care.

DO NOT come to the clinic if you are concerned that you may have COVID-19 or have been exposed to the novel coronavirus – please call us first or consult the Ottawa Public Health website at Recommendations are changing daily.

If you need to seek health care – please call the office to book a phoneor in-personappointment with your physician. If you need to be seen in person, arrangements will be made for an appointment or you may be triaged by phone by a health care provider. We are still here to provide you urgent care during this pandemic.

If you need prescription refills please ask your pharmacy to contact us and we will be happy to refill your medications by fax.

We will not be booking routine appointments until further notice. In the interim, consider booking a phone appointment to discuss current health care needs with your health care provider. We will also be reviewing our schedules and you may be contacted to adjust your appointment time or provider, or to convert your appointment to a phone appointment.

In order to help reduce the spread of the virus – we ask for your help.If you are able to delay any community elective appointments, we urge you to do so. We also ask that you do not attend the EMERGENCY ROOM unless it is a clear EMERGENCY.

We urge you to review and stay up to date with the recommendations on the Ottawa Public Health website ( The more successful we are at social distancing, the best chance we have at minimizing the impact of this virus on ourselves and the vulnerable people in our city.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this. These changes will be regularly assessed and are in place until further notice. Please check our website frequently for any updated office changes.
